Traditional dress for men on the island. An all-red had indicates that the man is married (he'll also have a colorful pouch hanging from his belt to store coca leaves). A hat that is half red and half white indicates he's single (if the flap is folded over to the right, he has a girlfriend, if it's folded to the left, he's available).
