Description
The building in the background is where the Argentine legislature sits, and was modeled after the U.S. Congress. Unlike the Congress in Washington D.C. which sits alone on a large hill, this building is jammed in among other buildings, with the exception of the plaza across to the street to the east (in the foregound).
